A replacement cushion raised a color question. A possible repower has me looking at engine weight and installation costs.

Why I put this together
Whenever I searched for parts for my Boston Whaler, I wasn’t sure where to go. A cushion might be on one site, a cover on another, and the information I needed somewhere else. The sources were scattered all over the internet.
That’s why I put this collection together. I wanted an organized place to find useful suppliers and information, so another owner wouldn’t have to start from scratch every time. It won’t contain every part, but it should give you a much better place to start.
These guides compare supplier and manufacturer information and explain what to check before ordering. They’re researched buying advice; hands-on experience is identified separately in the owner notes.
Compare Specialty Marine, Boston Whaler Boat Parts and custom upholstery. Check dimensions, color samples, attachments and return terms before you order.
Start with Mills’ model-specific canvas, Carver’s stock options or a local fabricator. Compare fit, fastening and whether the cover suits storage, mooring or trailering.
Use manufacturer references to identify the part, then look through classic-parts catalogs and marine-hardware suppliers. Check original, reproduction and functional replacements.
Ask installers for the whole job: engine, controls, steering, labor, setup and sea trial. This checklist helps you compare what’s included and what costs extra.
Use BoatUS as a starting point to compare service areas, plan options and exclusions. Check dockside help, salvage and trailer assistance separately.
